Display Area for Historic Camp Maps, Photos, Locations of existing Facilities and Master Plan e. Public Restrooms-designed to accommodate Proposed New Regimental Pavilion, Historic Camp Toccoa Barracks and Theater. |

NOTE: Because of its Historic value, Camp location, expanded restroom facilities, central IT, control and camp orientation visuals this development must receive top priority. Projected Cost: $ 475,000.00 Infrastructure budgeted in this development includes reworking, expanding and re-stripe existing parking area, relocated and expanded property line fence to surround entire property, 2” water service, underground power, telephone service, a new sanitary sewer septic system, fire alarm, centrally located IT, FF & E, exterior walkways, landscaping, A&E fees and a 10% contingency. 2. REGIMENTAL PAVILION As designed on Master Plan sized to accommodate 500 for dinner service to Include the following: a. Catering Kitchen. b. Secured storage c. Fenced in service area d. 3. HISTORIC CAMP TOCCOA BARRACKS A new 20 ft. wide x 60 ft. long Residential R2 building meeting all building and fire codes including ADA access regulations. Interior will be finished out in new wood replicating an original Camp Toccoa Barracks as it would have looked in 1942 /1945. Original Panels (to be restored) photos

New exterior/interior walls will feature restored historic exterior walls with restored original windows. Barracks will accommodate 16 in WWII Army cots. Projected Cost $265,000.00 Infrastructure budgeted in this development include a 5 ft. wide exterior walkway extending 500 ft. to Regimental Headquarters, restrooms, water service, underground electrical power, FF & E, landscaping, A&E fees anda 10% contingency. 4. SENTRY BUILDING A new 21 ft. x 33 ft. concrete masonry building located near front gate on Ayersville Road containing a reception room with counter, office, men’s and women’s single toilets and a shower room. These toilets and shower room will have separate exterior access for after- hours use. Projected Cost $ 82,000.00 Infrastructure budgeted in this development include water service, underground power, IT, septic system, FF & E, A&E fees and a 10% contingency. |

1. CLEARING, FENCING AND RESTORATIONS A. Fencing with Locked Gates at new CT@C property access points along West side of Col. Sink Memorial Road to include section at old Georgia Power line used by ATM vehicles and at intersection of old grown up Historic Camp Toccoa Roadway. B. 2. WALL OF HONOR Wall with Columbarium Niches as designed on Master Plan. Projected Cost: $1,200,000.00 Infrastructure budgeted in this development include Paved Access Walkway, Circular Stone Area for Flag Pole including Graveled Parking Area across Col. Sink Memorial Roadway for 200 Cars and 4 Buses, Guard house, Landscaping, Exterior Lighting, Storm Water Control, Directional Signage and A&E fees and 10% contingency. NOTE:Proper acknowledgement of Toccoa Men in the four Regiments who Trained and graduated for Camp Toccoa 1942 to 1945 must be our CT@C organization’s top priority. |

3. CURRAHEE CHAPEL Interfaith Chapel as designed on Master Plan in Glass with Wood Structure. Floor to be in Limestone from Normandy France. Currahee Window facing Currahee Mountain to feature four silver arches representing parachutes of the four Airborne Regiments that trained at Camp Toccoa during WWII. Projected Cost:$2,750,000.00 Infrastructure budgeted in this development: Paved Entrance Walkway, Paved Rear Auto Access Roadway, Staff Parking, Truck Delivery Area, High Meadow Activities Field, Water Service, Underground Power, Sanitary Septic System, Storm Water Control, Exterior Lighting, Landscaping, Directional Signage, Fire Alarms and Lighting Protection Systems, FF&E Allowance, A&E fees and 10% contingency fee. |
